 D-Arn Designs ("we," "our," or "us") develops PLW Field Counter and Wrap Times ("the Apps"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy outlines our approach to data collection and usage.

 1. Information We Collect

 Our Apps do not collect, store, or share any personal data with us.

 - PLW Field Counter does not store persistent user data.

 - Wrap Times stores shift data, project information, client details, expense records, position information, and profile data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you subscribe to the Advanced plan, your data

 syncs across your own devices using Apple's iCloud service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us.

 We do not collect location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, or biometric data.

 2. Data Usage

 We use your data solely to provide core app functionality (time tracking, earnings calculation, report generation, and data sync). We do not use, share, or sell any user information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated

  to the Apps' functionality.

 3. Data Storage and Security

 All personal data is stored on your device with Apple's built-in device-level encryption. If you use iCloud sync (Wrap Times Advanced plan), your data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. D-Arn Designs does not operate

 servers or databases that store your personal data.

 4. Data Retention

 Your data is stored on your device for as long as you use the Apps. If you delete an App, locally stored data is removed with it. If you use iCloud sync, your data persists in your iCloud account until you delete it or disable sync

 through your Apple device settings.

 5. Third-Party Services

 Our Apps do not integrate with third-party services that collect personal data. The following Apple services may process data as part of standard app functionality:

 - Apple App Store — app distribution and purchase processing

 - Apple StoreKit — subscription management (Wrap Times)

 - Apple iCloud / CloudKit — data sync between your devices (Wrap Times Advanced plan only)

 6. Children's Privacy

 Our Apps do not collect personal information from users, including children under 13.

 7. Your Rights

 You can view, edit, and delete all data you have entered into our Apps at any time. Wrap Times provides PDF report export for data portability. For users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your data is processed in accordance with the

 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
